It’s all too easy to get overwhelmed with creating the menu but flip the challenge and it soon becomes an adventure in itself. With four impeccable courses, a classy cocktail and carefully selected wine to complement each dish.

ON THE MENU
Start with beautiful locally sourced ingredients. Pop to the markets and the meal will soon start to take a shape of its own. With a few fresh, local ingredients prepared well you can’t go wrong.
Our menu consisted of Roast Pumpkin and Pine Nut Ravioli, Seared Tasmanian Scallops with Elderflower Dressing, Roasted Duck with Orange Passionfruit Jus, and finished off with Gelato of Dulce de Leche, Chocolate and Popcorn, Blackberry Cab Sav Sorbet, and Choc Mint Tim Tam Truffles,
