Lemon Freeze

Got an abundance of lemons? Freeze them to add to your water jug.

Simply slice lemons into fairly thick slices, discarding both ends. Arrange the lemon slices on a baking tray, and put in the freezer over night.

Remove them from the tray , and store frozen in a zip-top bag.

When preparing for entertaining, just put about 2 – 3 frozen lemon slices, directly into your water jug.

You get chilled, lemon-flavored water, with no dilution! Delicious!
